We are open 24/7, 365 days a year.

Do you have EV chargers?

Yes, you can charge your car at our EV chargers located right past the Free Parking Entrance sign in the parking garage.

Can a Photo of My ID be Accepted upon Entry?

All guests must have a valid physical ID while on the gaming floor.

Are Children Allowed on the Casino Floor?

Anyone under the age of 21 is not allowed on the gambling floor unless they are en route to any of our dining establishments.

Is There Parking Available for 18-Wheelers?

No, we do not have a special parking area for 18-wheelers.

How Do I Get My Win-Loss W2G?

You can find your Win-Loss W2G form from your Lucky Rewards Players Club portal. Need more help? Watch the tutorial here. 

Do You Sell Gift Cards?

No, we do not.

Do You Have Wheelchairs or Walkers for Rent?

Yes, we have video poker and the largest poker room in Texas with live poker games and tournaments. 

Do You Have Table Games?

No, we do not have live table games.

I Forgot My ID, Can I Still Play or Go Inside?

No, all guests must have a valid ID while on the gambling floor.

I Got My First Invite to a Slot Tournament, How Does it Work? How/Where Do I Register?

You click on the link provided in the email, where it will prompt you to RSVP in any available slots for the tournament. Once you confirm, a host will reach out to you to book a room. 

How Long Do I Have to Cash My Machine Vouchers?

30 days, or as stated on the voucher.

What Birthday Specials Do You Offer?

Guests can get a free game of Bingo on their birthday, restrictions apply Guests are also available to earn birthday gifts, gifts vary. See Players Club for details.

How Often Do I Receive Lucky Bucks?

All offers are based on a 12-month evaluation, we invite you to visit the Players Club for additional information. 

What is the Gift of the Day?

How/Where Do I Get the Gift & Go/GOTW?

Gift & Go/GOTW is an invite-only event for qualifying guests. Qualifications are based on a twelve-month evaluation period, for more information, contact Players Club.

What are Lucky Drawings?

Lucky Drawings are our main floor promotions for our guests. They are the biggest giveaways every month. Guests will use their Rewards Card to gain entries throughout the month. Guests must be present to win a giveaway with activated entries occurring at least two hours prior to each giveaway.
