To become a VIP, a guest must earn 200,000-399,999 points to reach the Diamond Card status. To reach the Black Card status, a guest must earn 400,000+ within our fiscal year (October 1st – September 30th).

Ensure your Lucky Rewards Players Card is inserted in your machine and active each and every time you play. If your card is not reading, or giving you an “Invalid Card” error, please visit the Lucky Rewards Players Club and they will issue you a new card.
